We recently remodeled our kitchen, and found out that our old saute pan that was 'induction ready' wasn't. Really like our Green Pan Valencia cookware, so decided to buy this saute pan as a replacement. The pan is great. I like the looks of this one over the Valencia pans that we purchased previously. The GreenPan Venice Pro collection is made from multilayer stainless steel, and the exterior surface is reinforced with Evershine. The interior cooking surface is coated with Thermolon Minerals Pro and is safe for use with metal utensils. The lid is made from glass and stainless steel. The handle is made from stainless steel and securely attached with rivets. Cookware is oven safe to 600F, lid is oven safe to 420F. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.

Ordered this pan a while ago. First time I have used it. I like the pan but for me it is a little heavier then I would like it to be. I have looked for a quality, light weight pan for a couple of years. I thought this would be good. With arthritis in my hands it’s hard to lift, especially when filled.
