While this is one of my favorite pans, it is NOT non-stick as promoted. Everything sticks if you dont use oil, butter, or spray. I have NEVER washed it in the dishwasher, so that aint it. I have many types of pans as I am a very accomplished home cook. I appreciate good quality as well. I own All-Clad, Calphalon, Le Creusets and Staub etc. . I wanted a non stick skillet and read about the "GreenPan" . This model Valencia is a higher quality and price point but I like the durability of it. I was hoping to purchase the same model in a slightly larger size , but I can't seem to find it , so maybe Green Pan doesn't make it.. The pan is sturdy and the non-stick surface looks like it will last a while. I have used it to saute, fry and cook rice.
