I did a ridiculous amount of research before buying these GreenPan GP5 pans, and I’m happy to say they were worth it. Eggs slide around like they’re on ice, food cooks evenly on my gas stove, and cleanup takes about 10 seconds. The real test? Someone in my house used a fork instead of a spatula and the pan survived without a meltdown.
