Craftsmanship Hand-Blown Glass Technique Artisans melt glass at approximately 1300℃–1400℃, shaping it with a blowpipe to create an irregular, organic silhouette with naturally undulating contours. Layered Color Inlay Technique During the shaping phase, rich emerald green and deep cobalt blue are layered into the molten glass. Hand-stirring and stretching allow the colors to flow and interweave organically, forming unique swirl patterns and gradient color blocks. Annealing Process The finished piece is slowly cooled at 500℃–600℃ to eliminate internal stress, enhancing the glass’s durability while preserving its translucent texture and vivid color layers.

This piece reminds me of the glass in homes when I was growing up from the 70s and 80s. It is a very thick solid piece and quite heavy. It is larger and bulkier than I thought it would be. The green is darker than I expected in normal lighting but when the sun shines it appears lighter. It's nicely made but it wasn't exactly what I was expecting.. Newyorker. NY. Sat Jun 27 2026

1. Manufacturing Process Using traditional hand-blown technique + multi-layer color overlay gradient process: First, glass raw materials (quartz sand, soda ash, etc.) are melted into glass liquid in a high-temperature furnace at approximately 1300℃-1450℃. Craftsmen dip an iron pipe into the glass liquid, blow to form a hollow blank, and at the same time, overlay glass liquid of different colors multiple times. They create gradient textures through manual rotation and shaping. The temperature for blowing and shaping is 800℃-1000℃. The annealing and cooling temperature is gradually reduced from 500℃ to room temperature. 2. Product Features 1: Uniqueness: Each vase has different gradient textures and bubble distributions, making it unique. 2: Gradient light and shadow effect: The color transition from amber gold to blue-green creates a dreamy light spot when light passes through. 3: Design: With a flower bud/wavy mouth shape and a plump body, it combines artistic sense with the stability for flower arrangement. It is suitable for home decoration, such as a decoration on the living room coffee table, entrance cabinet, or office desktop, and can be used for hydroponic fresh flowers or dried branches.

Oh my, this vase is so beautiful. Even prettier in person. The blown glass is a blue and goes into gold and brownish colors at the top. It has a beautiful design and it quite heavy. I plan to use it with my Spring and Summer decorating. It was packaged well and delivery was fast.. Karen. Millington, MI. Fri Jan 09 2026
