Fabulous! 1) perfect crunch size! Finally!
2ldoesnt keep ice chilled so I kept bagging and freezing.
3) someone complained ice was wet. Well yes. Its physics. The smaller surface area means it will melt fast than large ice cubes. It has a drain. It just recycles it to make more. And I noticed depending on the temp of the house it makes the machine work harder but again, it doesnt have a keep frozen feature. So yes its wetter ice and the bottom but all the ice on top isnt.
4) turn it off at night to give it a break. It stops when put of water or full so ur just burning up electricity for no reason.
So far we love it!! Perfect ration to my drinks and has that sound we love of the ice in the cup that makes us want a drink outside hehe. Will pay for itself in no time!.
I did notice the box isnt marked Simzlife. Idk if thats how they are. Or im missing their name somewhere but they have a good rep so far.
And fraction of price of Opal plus better overall rating on reliability.. Michelle. San Diego, CA. Mon Nov 02 2026
