Behind the double doors, a hidden storage area includes a large adjustable shelf perfect for general storage or organization of office essentials. It also includes cord access through the enclosed back panel to keep wires organized and out of the way. This tall bookshelf has detailed, framed panel doors and nickel hardware to give it an extra touch of classic beauty. Finished in Vintage Oak, Cherry, Wind Oak, Split Oak, or Glacier Oak, this stunning bookcase with doors makes a great addition to any room of the home.
Overall this is a nice, sturdy bookcase and it looks good. I took off one star because the decorative columns on each side of the open shelves blocks about 2.5" on each side. It doesn't work well for books as they are hidden behind the column. Since I use it in my office, I like the fact that the back has punch out "holes" for electrical cords - one for every shelf above and inside the cabinet. I use one for a small, decorative lamp (top shelf) and one for my kindle charger (behind doors). Overall, I feel it was a good value for the sale price I paid.. Teri K.. Ankeny, IA. Wed Sep 30 2026
