Delivery date was moved twice, and still didn’t show up. I contacted customer service and they acted immediately, and my rug arrived three days later. Annmarie was the nicest rep I have ever dealt with. The rug is exactly as pictured, though the picture looks like the patchwork is actually stitched together. Of course it is not- those rugs are very expensive. It’s unique and fun, more plush than I expected. It does show vacuum tracks, which I don’t care for, but they don’t last long. The reason for only 1 star, is that the rug is slippery! Whatever the fiber finish, I have slipped on it twice barefoot and in socks. I imagine shoes with a slick sole would also be a risk. (The rug does not move the surface is slippery). It would never occur to me that a rug would have this issue. I don’t see how I can keep a rug that is a hazard to me, and potentially my visitors!
