This is a really good hat rack for my husband. It was relatively easy to put together by myself. 4 stars because the bottom pole (H) is missing (I’m waiting for Wayfair to replace it). I didn’t realize what was wrong and why the stand was crooked and leaning until I put the rest of it together and noticed the height was about a foot or more shorter than the dimensions. Word to the wise: lay out all of your parts before you start to assemble it. Also I contacted the comany email listed on the instructions and got no response. I put it together myself in a hours time. Surprised my husband when he got home he actually hung his coat on it as he walked in the door..He said wow, that’s nice honey!
