The Rustic Collection brings the timeless charm of log-and-timber craftsmanship into modern homes. Designed with today's technology but inspired by centuries-old techniques, our rustic wood millwork features all the natural beauty and character that make each piece one-of-a-kind. Since we don't kiln-dry the wood, every bracket, corbel, rafter tail, and more will showcase the unique qualities of the wood species- meaning no two pieces are the same. Expect variations in color, grain, texture, knots, sapwood, heartwood, and even natural checking or cracks. These imperfections aren't flaws- they're what make the Rustic Collection truly special, offering a genuine, earthy look that adds undeniable character to your home. Break free from cookie-cutter designs and embrace the individuality and warmth that only real, natural wood can offer.

Very solid wood. I bought three for a garage pergola and am happy with the quality.. Anne. Erie, PA. Mon Aug 03 2020

Our appliques and inlays are the perfect accent pieces for cabinetry, furniture, fireplace mantels, ceilings, and more. Each pattern is carefully crafted after traditional and historical designs. Each polyurethane piece is easily installed, just like wood pieces, with simple glues and finish nails. Another benefit of polyurethane is it will not rot or crack, or warp. It comes to your factory primed and ready for your paint, faux finish, a gel stain, marbleizing, and more.

Beautiful but fragile. This broke and had to be glued prior to painting. It is not wood. Great design element but handle with extreme care.. Christi. The Dalles, OR. Tue Oct 17 2017

Made very well, I can’t find anyone to hang them. Anonymous. Sat May 03 2025

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is an excellent material for millwork due to its durability, low maintenance, and resistance to moisture, rot, and insects. Unlike wood, PVC won’t warp, crack, or swell when exposed to humidity or extreme weather, making it ideal for both interior and exterior applications. It’s lightweight, easy to cut and install, and can be painted or left in its natural white finish. Additionally, PVC is a cost-effective alternative to wood, offering long-term savings by eliminating the need for frequent repairs or refinishing.

Made a huge difference for our porch, love them! We will paint them next since they come primed only.. Sonja. Kalispell, MT. Wed Jul 21 2021
