For the price, I had no illusions that these chairs would be high quality, but BOTH chairs were missing the piece that attaches the arm to the back. In addition, the back piece on one chair is cracked. It was too much for us to return the heavy box, so I'm going to use grey duct tape to cover the areas where the missing pieces should go.
