I bought this to put in the bottom of my closet to put shoes and blankets and sheets on that was cluttering up my closet, it fit perfect, I didnt realize that the end pieces are metal, my husband said it was sturdy ,and one of the better pieces I had ordered. Not to fond of FedEx, it was 4 days late, got a tx every day it was on truck to be delivered, well it took 4 days for the truck to find my house, on top of the 4 days preparing to ship, then shipped.
