Very comfortable. Neither too firm or soft with a good spring back when you get up. Lots of storage. I do have one issue with it...it's not a true gray. There is a tinge of blue in it. Also lighter than the picture shows of it being dark gray. So my new gray curtains don't exactly match, neither my gray throw pillows or gray end table. I even ordered a gray/rust/cream colored carpet that's on its way. So it looks like it will be a challenge to get everything to tie together color wise all because this isn't a true dark gray. The couch itself is wonderful it seems but you should hold off on buying a new area carpet and curtains ect until you see it yourself. It looks gray in the picture but I thought I would show you how it's cat approved. Don't worry, sticky paws tape is on it and new scratching pads on the way.. Lisa. WA. Sat May 16 2026
