My dining room was small. I initially had a regular sized dining room table in here and there was just no space. I found this one on Wayfair and it fits perfectly. I can walk around it comfortably. The build is solid. The chairs are sturdy. And the table top comes with a plastic film that is barely noticeable. I kept it on there to allow it to take some initial scratches. And after it’s a bit worn, I’ll peel it off to reveal a fresh top. I am 190 pound 5 foot 9 in man and I can say the chairs are comfortable enough. I do have some seat cushions to make them more comfy. In all honesty though, if you are heavy set, you may not sit comfortably on these chairs. They really are a bit smaller than standard size.
