We were initially very excited about this product, and while the delivery team was great, the assembly was scheduled for a separate day/team for two days later. Delivery day comes, and they rescheduled half an hour prior asking for another appointment two days later. Ultimately, they asked to reschedule a 3rd time (also within half on hour of the 2nd scheduled time), which did not meet our availability, so we had to cancel and assemble ourselves. It was very time consuming, we had to take time away from work waiting for appointments that never happened, and the end product was okay, but after about a week one of the recliners stopped working. They are sending a replacement for that part of the sectional, and I hope it works. They will not pick up the damaged piece, however, so that’s on us to get rid of, which of course nobody will take PART of a sectional so we’ll have to pay our trash company to cart it off. Sigh.
