This 2 by 8 runner is absolutely beautiful. It is soft on your hands (observed during unpacking) and luxurious under one’s feet. I ordered the pad as well. Simply and visually gorgeous. I love it. I wish I could give this rug zero stars. This review does not reflect Perigold, it is the company Exquisite rugs. They sent me an absolutely filthy rug that is falling apart. It’s clearly a floor model. Stay AWAY from them. I called Exquisite Rugs directly and they informed me that I’d have to deal with Perigold.
