This rug was beautiful and excatly what I wanted but it arrived musty and moldy smelling. I called and the rug was returned and a replacement one sent. That one was worse. It was actually damp to the touch. We had to pay both times to have the very heavy rug brought up and took apart our bed frame twice to put it under.All in all a very bad experience. I’m revising my original review of 4 because after 6 months this rug is falling apart. There were lots of stray strands of wool which I was fine with but once a hole appeared I requested a refund. It’s unfortunate because the rug is beautiful. The wool is very soft and seemed durable but that was certainly not the case. Perigold was amazing. They refunded me immediately.
