As this is my bedroom and I spend most of my time here when I’m home, I decided it was time to splurge in by a high-quality rug. This is a beautiful hand, tufted large 9x12 rug. The quality is unmatched to anything that I currently have in my house. It is very thick and comfortable and feels incredible to walk on. Can’t wait to get the rest of the bedroom put together as this will be one of the main focal points. It’s not cheap, but it’s also not cheaply made. I understand that this rug is made with natural hide and so there are bound to be color variations from rug to rug but I expected the tones of the hide strips to be much more beige/taupe like in the photos. There are a few beige strips here and there but the overwhelming majority are gray strips which make the overall color of the rug to be much more cool toned than what I was expecting.
