I am very impressed with this product. It has a high quality appearance and it is well made. My plumber even commented on the level of quality. I recently added an extension arm on to the shower head to bring it out from the wall. I am only 5'2" tall and with the extension, I have less water running down the shower wall that the head is installed on. I did have some difficulty figuring out how to get the water hot enough. My plumber tried to make the adjustment twice and ended up removing the scald guard mechanism. Now it is perfect. No kids in the house, so it isn't a safety concern.. Psychetri. Cheyenne, Wy, USA. I replaced an ancient Delta shower/tub set in silver with this in the gold finish. Love the look and, more than that, love the shower and how it distributes the water in a fun fashion. It's almost pulsating and such a dramatic change from the tired old shower head. Very happy.
