This illuminated chair-side floor globe rests on a dark cherry-finish stand with carved accents. Traditional 12'' antique-ocean globe ball. Metal die-cast meridian.

Its the perfect size. It looks a little whiter than I like and it has limitations with spinning it around because it has a light.. Carol. VA. Tue Mar 19 2024

Handcrafted and worldly. This distinctive stand is fashioned from wrought iron with a rustic textured finish. A 16'' globe with raised relief and an antique brass-plated meridian completes this contemporary interpretation.

I love it, but the globe itself has a crack in the paper covering. I’d like a new one sent, but other than that it’s beautiful, heavy duty and durable, very well made!. Sommer. Saint Petersburg, FL. Thu Dec 07 2023

Since ancient times, the column has stood as a functional and decorative standard. This all-metal globe base is reminiscent of that form, yet crafted to reflect modern design. History, architecture, and culture come together in a unique way with this 16'' antique ocean globe.

It arrived very fast, in just 3 days. The stand is very heavy and you have to be careful when moving the globe itself. It comes easily off the rockers that it rests on. I wished I had ordered the illuminated globe, but this one is beautiful none the less. Ordered it for hubby for his birthday and he is pleased with it.. Diana. Jackson, MI. Tue Sep 22 2020

The stately, 33'' tall antique-ocean Lafayette, with its illuminated ball, walnut-finish base, and full die-cast meridian, is ideal for chair-side viewing. Aesthetically pleasing and practical, this is a globe to be admired for years to come.

Exactly what I wanted! Great globe and easy to assemble. Looks beautiful in the corner of the office space and offers the perfect amount of soft lighting. Delivery on point!. Ashely. NC. Wed Aug 09 2017

Blurring the line between globe and furniture accessory. The hardwood base with dark cherry finish enhances the vibrant colors of this 16'' antique ocean globe with metal die-cast meridian. This globe lends richness to its surroundings.
