Our doors have been tested and approved to meet a Design Pressure (DP) rating of 45. To qualify for a DP 45 rating, our doors were subjected to extreme testing conditions that simulate hurricane-force winds up to 150 mph. Our doors also qualify for TDI (Texas Department of Insurance). Door Jamb is constructed of a paintable hard polymer shell with an interior close cellular structure that prevents water absorption while offering 2 times the screw holding strength than wood. Prefinished at our factory allows us to finish all edges of the panels, rails, and styles before the assembly of the doors. This is extremely important for the long life of the doors, minimizing panel issues. Our finish is a 9-step oil-based polyurethane process.

This fiberglass smooth front doors are virtually maintenance free and will not warp, rot, dent or split. The fiberglass reinforced skin with insulated polyurethane cores, that will meet or exceed current energy code standards. Each door comes with a limited lifetime warranty on both the door component and the prehung unit, as well as a 10-year glass lite warranty. Failure to finish all size sides of the door component will void all warranties.
