I just finished building my cart. Many reviews mentioned how bad the assembly instructions are; they’re right! But… after realizing the importance of attaching the shorter side pieces to the shelves before the longer ones, the process was much easier. The little white “plug” pieces only work if the bottoms are tight, not even a bit spread apart. I had only one set of holes that did not line up properly so I plan to drill them out. The tools included are not fancy but they get the job done. The wheels do not have any locking mechanism. So 4 stars for the ridiculous instructions and I misaligned hole situation.. Bonnie. CT.
