This works as I hoped it would. I hope it lasts a long time. It can really work to cool a space. It get very cold. Tips: 1. You may need a hand saw to trim the plastic slider that fits in the window. 2. The foam strips included are very sticky and easily torn. So be careful not to tear where you don't want to and wear gloves because the adhesive is moderately difficult to get off your skin. 3. To twist the hose into the attachement thingy -you may have to stretch it out. 4. To attach the hose to the back of the air conditioner - it slides from right to left. It doesn't snap in.. P.
