Purchased this as an open box and couldn’t be happier. Insanely easy ‘assembly’, just screw in the feet and slot the back into the metal track. I bought this as a comfy chair for kitchen visitors and I think it’s going to be perfect. It sits firm but still cozy, and wide enough to curl up in, at least according to my dog in the photo (she is a 20-lb Scottish terrier for reference). I am totally love this armchair . Set up is very easy per instructions given . Very comfortable to sit on it . It has plenty of room to lay on it even with my puppy.
