I am very happy with my chair, it is very comfortable. Some have complained about the intensity of heat and massage, however I am satisfied, I wouldn’t want it too hat against the material, as far as feeling the massage ball when you sit, it is very slight and I always use a cover for the seat so I don’t feel it.
