The Hamilton Beach Durathon Digital Nonstick Iron has a nonstick soleplate that’s 10 times more durable than traditional nonstick. For superior wrinkle removal, it has 80% more steam* and 1800 watts of power. For easy storage after ironing, the retractable 8 foot cord quickly winds into the base. To make selecting your fabric easy, the illuminated digital button on top of the handle lets you select your fabric with one touch. To choose your fabric, simply press the button, which illuminates each setting. For peace of mind, the Durathon Digital Nonstick Iron has 3-way auto shutoff, which turns the iron off in 60 seconds if it falls facedown or on its side and in 30 minutes if it's left unattended on its heel. If you're in a hurry or you don't want to use an ironing board, the vertical steam function lets you quickly remove wrinkles from hanging clothes. When it's time to fill the iron with water, the tank has a large opening for easy filling. Backed by Hamilton Beach

Very nice iron! A little heavier than my old one, but not really that noticeable. Heats up and cools down quickly. The ceramic plate is smooth, and does not stick on polyester blends. Cottons iron quickly, and the finish is crisp. The steam is evenly distributed. It is also very pretty. Love this!. Denise. US. Sat Jul 18 2026
