This table is beautiful, heavy and solid. The herringbone pattern gives it a little more interest and it’s a beautiful color of light oak with a grey tone. Don’t be deceived by the legs, they are not flush in line with the top of the table. The Herringbone doesn’t line up since the legs are separate. The delivery men had to shim the legs to get them flush and it’s still not perfect. I had two delivered to make sure one wasn’t defective. Shimming works, but it take a little finesse and time to get it right. I couldn’t find anything else like this and in general I really like it, so I’m going to keep it.
