Nice looking bench. We like that it’s made out of wood so we can oil it and maintain it. It’s on a covered porch so we don’t anticipate that it will get damaged. Just the right size. The acacia bench is a very clever design and the wood is nicely finished. The pop-up table is nice for beverages or a book. The bench is still a good size with the table up. I initially gave it 5 stars, but after sitying on it a bit I docked a star. Nicely made, sturdy, and attractive. However, the design could use some improvement. The back doesn't slant back quite enough and the seat doesn't have the slight backward slant that most chairs have. The front of the seat is the same height as the back, and the middle has a slight scoop that makes it look like it would be comfortable, but the overall feel is more like a church pew. I'm thinking about taking about 1 1/2 to two inches off of the back legs. But then of course I'd have to slightly cut angles into the bottom of all the legs as well, so this would be a project that will mean disassembling the bench and will take a lot of figuring, measuring, and care. I really don't need another project this summer and had hoped to relax on my bench with my morning coffee. That said, this bench could be a good choice for a public space to provide a temporary rest spot. It's heavy, sturdy, and weather proof, and attractive enough for indoors.. Carol. Fort Campbell, KY.
