An excellent choice for experienced travelers and seasoned stay-vacationers alike, this globe brings a world of style to any space. A must-have for desks, bookcases, and beyond, this design features a bright blue ocean and colorful continents. Better yet, raised-relief details give this piece added intricacy as they help illustrate geographical landscapes. This accent includes gyro-Matic mounting and a calibrated full-swing meridian for smooth operation, while a removable center post converts it from a floor globe to a table globe. Made in the USA.

Love this Alcot Hill world globe given as a gift to a dad who enjoys geography. The relief detail is so fun — you can feel the mountains and terrain. Beautiful colors and a perfect classic touch for any room.. Sicilian-maria. Brooklyn, NY. Wed May 27 2026

My daughter loves to travel the world so this globe was the absolute perfect birthday gift. Looks amazing by the fireplace.. Dixie. South Barrington, IL. Wed Sep 30 2026

The combination of progressive design, artistic angles, and metal floor stand with a 16'' blue ocean globe and pewter finished die-cast meridian gives the Trafalgar an air of sophistication.

Bought as a gift for my husband. He really enjoys it. Pros - Larger globe size 16"; Easy to view the entire globe-as it rotates fully on the stand; sturdy stand. Cons - Some of the individual segments of the map are slightly off where they meet. Worst one is in photo. Considered returning the globe, but he felt it was not bad enough to return.. Deborah. After watching the World Cup my 5 year old Grandson was very interested about where the teams came from. This Globe lights up and he loves it. It is attractive and the illumination makes it easy to find and read. This has been a great learning tool. Thank you Wayfair!. Claudia Linn. Sun City Center, FL. Mon Sep 07 2026

This illuminated chair-side floor globe rests on a dark cherry-finish stand with carved accents. Traditional 12'' antique-ocean globe ball. Metal die-cast meridian.

Its the perfect size. It looks a little whiter than I like and it has limitations with spinning it around because it has a light.. Carol. VA. Tue Mar 19 2024

Handcrafted and worldly. This distinctive stand is fashioned from wrought iron with a rustic textured finish. A 16'' globe with raised relief and an antique brass-plated meridian completes this contemporary interpretation.

I love it, but the globe itself has a crack in the paper covering. I’d like a new one sent, but other than that it’s beautiful, heavy duty and durable, very well made!. Sommer. Saint Petersburg, FL. Wed Dec 06 2023
