This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back. Directions are just pictures, so there are a few things I had to go back and fix cus the directions didn’t explain one part should happen first when screwing in pieces in each step. I love the swing, but found out that one of the boards under the seat was cracked almost all the way through. (Double check everything before putting it together because it looked like a darker grain in the board.) They have reached out to the manufacturer since it was most likely something that happened during their process. It seems really sturdy and it's adjustable to different heights.
