This scale is great!! I was going into the gym or the doctors office to get all of this information from their scales. This one provides all of the same important information on the scale itself and an easy to use app. You can track changes in you muscle mass, water weight, and body fat among other things. I really like this scale. It provides a lot of detailed information—some of it was so in-depth that I had to look up a few terms to better understand them. One feature I found especially helpful is that it compares your results to averages for people of your age, height, and size, showing where you fall on the spectrum. This bodyweight scale give you a lot of information about your body composition both on the screen of the scales and in the app and I think it's great for someone who wishes to track their health and fitness. However, as you can see rom my photo, these scales were not made for people with large feet. I wear an women's 9.
