Well this definitely is light weight. You can see the first time usage and I have alot of dirt already in the canister so it sucking power is very good. I gave it a four because it is not a quiet vacuum nor can it clean carpets as well like I was told from the customer service. Representative. Do not get this vacuum if you have high carpet or shag. This vacuum is perfect for my little place. It’s just a smaller version than the larger one that my daughter has. But the suction on this vacuum is outstanding! I read some of the other reviews who said it didn’t have much suction power but this one sucked up a lot of dog hair. I haven’t had a vacuum in a week and I have a golden retriever. You can see in the photo how much hair it sucked off my rug on the the floor and from the couch! I love this little vacuum!! it also has a really long cord, which is great. I don’t have to keep unplugging and plugging in somewhere else. It has several attachments that are helpful too. I also read where someone said when they vacuumed dust came out from the back. I didn’t have that problem at all and I’ve only got the one rug in my living room, which is a small space rug and then I have the hardwood floors, there was no dust coming out of this vacuum cleaner. I’ll preface this review by acknowledging I’m a bit of a clean freak! I had a simple steam mop that worked well, but wanted a handheld steamer to tackle the tile and grout in my bathrooms, and keep them clean. I originally planned to purchase the Schenley handheld steamer but after looming at specs and reviews for the dual handheld and mop I decided to buy the dual model. I’m glad I did! The handheld is easy to use, powerful (be careful!) and did a great job cleaning the grout, tile, and shower door track in my bathroom. And the mop is so much better than my previous model. The steam is strong and powerful-it’s really important to be careful using it. It comes with a lot of attachments. I did ruin one of the grout cleaning brushes because I pressed down too hard..
