The first unit I received arrived with a fairly large dent on the backside, even though the packaging looked perfectly fine. Customer service quickly resent another set, which unfortunately had a small dent in the same spot. Since it was minor and on the backside of the showerhead (where it isn’t visible), I went ahead and used it. That said, the shower system itself is very nice and I’m happy with it overall. The finish isn’t a bright gold. It is closer to a champagne bronze, which is exactly the look I was hoping for. Best of all, it cost about a third of the price of similar systems I considered. The water pressure is solid, and it feels like a quality upgrade in the bathroom. Despite the shipping issues, I’d still recommend this shower system for the value and design.. Natalie. Apex, NC.
