I had been researching hot tubs for a while and reading reviews before I committed to this one. I decided on this model and it is fantastic!!! Received quickly.. easy set up.. we had to have a new electrical plug.. filled with water.. treated with spa chemicals.. and waited til evening.. water heated to 105*.. almost immediately went down to 103*.. a cushioned at each end to sit on.. bubbles galore!!!! Wonderful purchase!!!! We r trying to order extra foam cover to help hold in heat..no one to take order from us at phone # given in manual… will try again on Monday.. don’t wait to get yours!! This was so easy to set I’m a female that is only 5 ft tall once I had it place the inflation was so easy. I did watch a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Took 2 hrs to fill it and about 20 hrs to heat . The only thing that I feel would be helpful is if they could supply some starter chemicals for spa hot tub.
