The layering of the diagram directions was confusing, it would of been much easier to separate the drawings by step. These chairs are solid and attractive. They are all one piece so there isn't any work to put them together. They stack and would be easy to clean. We ended up returning them though because the seat length is rather short and hits right in the middle of the back of your thigh which is uncomfortable.
