The only issue that I have had, is cleaning the chocolate flavored ice cream.. Soap and Water is not quite enough, so I use One-Step cleaning solution that I have for my homebrewing. Solid machine, cools the refrigerated ice cream mix to "Ready to Serve" in 15-20 minutes. I used a 2 Wheel cart, added a shelf and mounted the Ice Cream Machine to it.
