Very beautiful hook! I love the mirror on it and - surprise - it functions like a picture frame on the back, so you can take out the mirror to clean or even insert a photo if you want! It arrived in perfect condition, packaged with extreme care (a LOT of bubble wrap!). The only thing I don't like about the hook is that it's a lot lighter weight than I would have expected. It seems somewhat delicate (not just the mirror). The description says this hook is made of metal, but it's a strange kind of metal that almost seems plastic in a weird way. These are very pretty and work very well in the room, I just wish they were a little more heavy-duty. These definitely will only be able to hold coats, no purses or bags with any heft. I had no problems installing with the included hardware, but in accordance with the above I wish it had come with more robust wall-anchors. The ones that come with it aren't very grabby.
