This was fairly easy to put together, but I do have a lot of experience with this type of furniture with less than optimal directions. The only the problem I had was with getting the drawer slides lined up. I finally got the top drawer to go in and out, but I just can't get the bottom one. This could be due to me tightening all the bolts too early. The directions do say to tighten to seventy per cent, and I think I was too eager to get the thing put together. I could go through it and loosen everything.But i'm just not going to. The 2 drawers together are the same size as a file cabinet. So eventually i'm going to turn the two drawers into one drawer and just slide it in without any slider. Currently, the bottom drawer just slides in.Without dislider, since I removed them and I think it looks fine anyway. The wood is a nice quality and feels very solid. I wish the item came with little.Stickers to cover up where the bolts are but I can find those somewhere else. Overall, I'm really happy with the item and I can't wait for my light beige rug to come to make this item really stand out. It was packaged really well there wasn't a scratch anywhere.
