Unfortunately, this purchase has been a major disappointment and, in hindsight, a mistake. The seat cushions are sturdy and well made, but the lumbar cushions are a completely different story. We gave them several days to expand and recover, hoping they would improve, but unfortunately they never did. The lumbar cushions appear to be made with lower-quality materials, with loose threads and a noticeable difference in craftsmanship compared to the base cushions.
Our second mistake was accepting a discount because of the quality concerns, thinking we could simply replace the cushions ourselves. We quickly learned that replacement sectional cushions can cost anywhere from 400–700, making that solution far more expensive than expected.
