this set was actually much nicer than expected. Had purchased to put on our front porch and not really be used (more for visual than function) but they are comfortable and really nice in person. I ended up moving something else out on the porch and added these to the deck so that we can enjoy them. Easy to put together. My thirteen year old son did everything start to finish. They do swivel and rock slightly. Cushions are fairly thick which was a nice surprise. I figured I'd have to have them replaced as other sets' cushions have been lackluster at best. The item is good. Comfortable. Installation was quick and easy. Reducing 1 star because there is an error in the installation guide(the way seat support installation shown in guide is wrong which made chair slant to front), which we figured out by trial - so there was confusion..
