Items that utilize salvaged wood can have a coarse finish and the boards may crack or cup slightly. These unique qualities make our furniture so popular with the end user. To highlight the materials used in our reclaimed pieces, as our items are mainly built from solid wood, and a unique patina may develop. We build our pieces to withstand normal moisture levels but, or failure to conform to this warranty, or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. The warranty applies under conditions of normal residential use and does not apply to damage caused due to negligence or misuse. This includes improper cleaning, we suggest selecting other items in our collection as we will not be accepting returns from these areas. This warranty does not cover payment of shipping costs to and from Dovetail. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the invoice date.
