This warranty does not cover payment of shipping costs to and from Dovetail. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the invoice date. Customers should be aware that over time the tone of the woods may change, Dovetail guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction, we cannot be responsible for issues created by extremely high or low levels of humidity. If you are in either desert or mountainous regions and have experienced such problems with furniture of this nature, malfunction, or failure to conform to this warranty, accidents, and a unique patina may develop. We build our pieces to withstand normal moisture levels but, or any use for which the product was not intended. Alterations of any type to the product by the consumer will nullify the warranty entirely. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY DAMAGE ARE EXCLUDED.
