This is the first time I’ve ever written a review like this. I ordered this loveseat expecting a charcoal color, as shown on the website, but the actual color is quite different. Instead of charcoal, it has a noticeable blue tint, making it look more like a bluish-gray. The photos on the website do not accurately represent the true color, which was disappointing. In dim lighting, the loveseat appears somewhat close to charcoal, but in bright daylight, it clearly looks more blue than gray. This unexpected color difference makes it difficult to match with my existing furniture, and unfortunately, I no longer want to keep it. I initially considered exchanging it for a beige color instead of charcoal, but I found out that exchanges were not available. The return process turned out to be quite costly, with nearly $150 deducted for the processing return fee and FedEx delivery fee. I didn’t want to accept a refund with such high fees. Because of these issues, the loveseat has become more of a burden than a useful piece of furniture. Since an exchange isn’t available and returning it comes with high fees, I may have to consider donating it instead. I hope the website can provide more accurate representations of product colors and details in the future to help customers make more informed decisions.

Good sized love seat. Assembling the base was a bit tricky. Deep brown color is just what we were looking for! Cushions are firm
