I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. Just be aware you can feel springs if you’re not used to that and a topper might be desirable for daily use; this is a guest bedroom mattress for me and will work perfectly for that purpose. Seems completely airtight moisture resistant. Instructions stated to be sure pillow and protector are completely dry before zipper closed. This will prevent possibility of mold growth. Haven’t washed yet but it appears sturdy enough to resist the hot water washing that is recommended. So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush.
