The four back and seat cushion inserts come shrink-wrapped. Very simple to open them, and then they expand in minutes. They are very easy to insert inside their attractive zippered cushion covers. The four wooden legs easily screw in. The whole assembly process was very cleverly engineered. Once assembled this loveseat looks impressively like actual leather and is most comfortable. super cute, exactly what i’ve been wanting, esthetically speaking. hard cushions but that’s what i likeneed. easy to assemble except the back piece is long and awkward and a little hard to get into the tracks with just one person. my only gripe is with the delivery and that’s not Wayfair‘s fault, the box had a big hole in it luckily the cushion that got a little dirty was easy to wipe off. And the delivery driver left the large, awkward heavy box in front of my garage door so I had to unpack the couch piece by piece in the garage because I couldn’t get the box in the house.
