Chair is great, but the armrest are a bit small and awkward. I will definitely be trying to find some padded or memory foam arm rests that I can attach to them. Not an issue if you are always using it at a desk. Colour is very nice and the overall quality is high. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Regarding shipment and delivery, 0 stars. The first shipment was lost, and the replacement did not arrive in time for the recipient’s birthday. Absolutely zero compensation from Wayfair. In fact the price increased randomly (as Wayfair loves to do, to try and squeeze as much money from you as possible). Had to jump through hoops to get a replacement item shipped.

Love it! Was easy to assemble, and I’m not an assembling girlie it’s a little stiff, but for the price you truly can’t go wrong. Beautiful chair, good quality and my boyfriend was impressed with the quality for the price. He’s a gamer so that speaks volumes haha
