This may be a wayfair issue or supply issue I don't know but they customer service from wayfair wasn't handled well. I ordered two of these and they were set to arrive June 9th. They never even showed as shipped. I called Mayfair and they said they had shipped and they'd be late. I said they'd be too late for install. They were even later than they told me they'd be and were too late for install. So, now I have to pay $13 shipping back on something they had sent too late. Horrible. I have ordered multiple large items from wayfair and won't be again.

Looks great in the new kitchen

We purchased these pulls in chrome to finish the renovation of our master bathroom. We've been using them for almost a year now and have no complaints. Shipping was prompt.

Nice hardware how ever ordered wrong size so have to return. Going to get next size up.
