this came broken. I am devastated. I am extremely disappointed!!!

This item ships without a plug! Very disappointed with the overall build quality. This item is essentially the indoor model with a pitched roof and a rain cover meant to be used at all times. Further, the manufacturer suggests hiring an electrician for this particular model as it doesn’t ship plug-and-play. There is no plug, and it requires a 20amp circuit.

I love this sauna. Fairly simple to put together as long as you have at least one other person to help. It’s really a two person job for sure. I’m glad I had help. It gets really hot, and I’m someone who likes to crank up the heat so that’s nice. The radio works amazingly well. This sauna definitely surpassed my expectations. I love it so much!!!

Poor quality, parts damaged and missing, much smaller than expected only a two person can fit

Works great, heats up quickly. Parts were received broken, thankfully our handy man ,friend was able to get it to work anyway.

Nicer than I thought ...hard to fit three people Not for outdoor use

This is so cute! It's like a playhouse that's nice and warm inside. I have it on my deck right outside my bedroom slider. My cousins came over to help put it together (a rather complicated process but doable in about 2-3 hours), then we had take-out Chinese food and an evening sauna experience. Nice! My cousins now want to get one for their houses.
