Just got the pillows the other day. I just had surgery in June on my C4 to my C7 in my neck. And it gave me relief because I am a side sleeper and a stomach sleeper. And I dont have to worry about bunch of my pillow of every night or keep waking up to switch pillow cuz they wont stay cool. So far I love it.
