Outstanding design and truly a sturdy piece, however the craftsmanship of the wood and stain is very low quality and completely ruins the beauty of the piece. The wood was splintered and the stain/finish was horrible. What a terrible shame. This could be beautiful but instead it’s disastrous.

Im impressed, w the chairs design, sturdiness, comfort, and its draw as a very special art piece as much as fine furniture. The finish, wood selection, and upholstry couldve been kicked up a couple of notches. I bought 2, and certainly would have purchased 2 more if the final touches were a bit more above par.
