the company does not know how to ship glassware. One of my set of four was broken (I have had other glass shipments from Wayfair with broken glass as well). The shipment arrived within a few days of my order, but in that period of time the glasses went on sale. Since I was filling in for existing glasses in my cupboard, I asked for reimbursement for the broken glass. They were only willing to replace at the current sale value and would not even consider refunding to me the difference in my order vs. current value. Not good retailing.

These are beautiful. Easy to clean. Wide brimmed and felt comfortable in my hand. After washing I didn’t notice any water marks on the glasses. When I accidentally clinked the glass to the counter it held together and didn’t even crack.

Cheers!! These RED wine glasses are exactly what I was looking for. I had purchased a set last Christmas from another company (different brand) and they were WHISPER thin!! Two of the 6 had cracked the first time they were used! These glasses are light but sturdy enough not to panic each time they are used. In fact, I liked them so much I ordered a set for my mother in law for Christmas!
